Have you ever wanted to give Strength training or Powerlifting a go but not sure what to do?
Starting from the 26th April I will be kicking off my Mums 8 week Strength Challenge.
Running for 8 weeks we will be focusing on:
– HIIT fitness and conditioning
– Core Strength (post natal ab correction work and breathing)
– Any injury rehab and corrections
– General strength lifting
Sessions times will run for an hour and a half and will be held on these times:
Monday/Friday/Saturday morning at 8am
Tuesday/Thursday evening at 5.30pm
At the end of the 8 weeks there is the option of competing in a novice powerlifting competition as well.
Package options will also include a program for you for the 8 weeks as well as testing at the beginning and the end of the 8 weeks.
1 Session a week packages are $200 (works out to $25 per session)
2 Session a week packages are $350 (works out to $21 per session)
